In today’s frantic world we face several different types of pressures that can wear us down and lead to serious mental, physical and emotional problems. It can be difficult to find the right balance between our work and family lives and still have some quality time left for ourselves.
In this fun-filled, interactive workshop we will explore a number of simple, yet highly effective, yoga relaxation techniques for conquering stress; techniques that can easily be incorporated into our busy lives. We will also examine elements of positive psychology that can help us to reclaim our inner peace and to overcome our challenges.
