We are delighted to offer you our Pranayama Day – a day full of fun, where you will learn important yoga techniques that could help you to live longer, delay the ageing process and get more out of life!

 

This workshop is for everyone, whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.

 

While there will be plenty of discussion and interaction, we will also be spending a significant amount of time on actual practice of pranayama, asanas, and meditation, so please bring along your yoga mats and a cushion to sit on.

 

Note: All our previous workshops were fully sold out, so please book early to avoid disappointment. To be fair to everyone, spaces will be allocated strictly on a “first-pay, first-serve” basis.

Refunds

 

If, for any reason you need to cancel your booking, then we will refund your money as follows:

 

  • If you inform us on or before 14 May, then we will refund your payment minus £5 admin fee
  • If you inform us between 15 and 21 May, we will refund your payment minus £10 admin fee
  • If you inform us after 21 May then we will refund you £20
