Look and feel younger with our empowering classes, packed with deep stretches, dynamic sequences, power poses, calming meditations and stress releasing relaxations for a complete mind-body-soul workout!
We offer several classes throughout the week, all within a short drive away from Pinner, Northwood, Hatch End, Stanmore, Harrow, Eastcote and Ruislip.
All our classes are mixed-ability, where we cater for complete beginners, as well as experienced yoga practitioners – there really is something for everyone! The “Chi Kri Classical Yoga” class with Mehul on Monday evenings is taught at a relatively slower pace and has proportionally more classical Hatha Yoga postures than the “Chi Kri Yoga” classes, which are a bit more dynamic in nature.

At Chi Kri Yoga, we believe that yoga is much more than just another form of physical exercise: it is a Way of Life, whose practices are designed to improve all aspects of ourselves (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual). We aim to deliver all our classes in such a way that students are able to appreciate the wider nature of yoga. Our classes are powerful and practical, scientific and spiritual…and most importantly, they are fun!
