We offer several classes throughout the week, all within a short drive away from Pinner, Northwood, Hatch End, Stanmore, Harrow, Eastcote and Ruislip.
All our classes are mixed-ability, where we cater for complete beginners, as well as experienced yoga practitioners – there really is something for everyone! The “Chi Kri Classical Yoga” class with Mehul on Monday evenings is taught at a relatively slower pace and has proportionally more classical Hatha Yoga postures than the “Chi Kri Yoga” classes, which are a bit more dynamic in nature.
